Nous sommes prêts à vous accompagner dans ce voyage eno-gastronomique où la cuisine locale a été revisité dans le respect des recettes traditionnelles, tout en valorisant chaque ingrédient.
La sélection de la matière première dans toute son excellence a donné vie à des plats trouvant inspiration de la Sicilia, Campania, Lazio, Emilia et Toscana... Autrement dit, la Bella Italia dans un plat.
Un peuple de viticulteurs comme celui des Cinque Terre ne pouvait s'arrêter là : l'expérience internationale de notre chef a donné vie à des plats qui avec leurs arômes et saveurs exotiques vous feront découvrir de nouveaux horizons.
